The two cars reported to have been stolen from Penarth over the weekend

South Wales Police say they have “no information” of two cars reported stolen from Penarth over the weekend.

The theft of the two cars  – a BMW saloon and an MG soft-top sports two-seater – was reported by well-known Penarth lifeboat crew member James King who posted photos on both cars on Twitter. Both cars were taken on the night of April 29th .

Meanwhile another car stolen after a house burglary in Penarth last month  (in which the ignition keys were taken) has now been discovered parked in a street in Cardiff and has been returned to the original owner.

But crime is a thing of the past in Penarth isn’t it? I over heard this from Alun Michael, as we were both queueing for our pensions in the post office last week.

  2. Andrew sarchus says:

Just look for a 20 something in a bad suite (BMW) and a bearded chap with stars in hIs eyes (MG)

  3. What, Alun Michael has the gall to collect a pension? Shame on him.

  4. Frank Evans says:

Alun Michael is 72. Not being agent but maybe the labour party should give the younger generation a chance
