  1. Mark Foster says:

Thank God for the Labour Party Police Force for identifying him as “white with black hair and missing teeth”.

You know they’re black when the Labour Party Police Force don’t provide a description so as not to disturb community relations. That you cannot help find them to protect the Penarth public is of no matter.

What’s that strange looking car in the picture? Anybody know?

    • Ivor Bagman says:

      I’ll give you a clue
      It’s parked on a bend
      Next to a hedge
With no aliens in sight !
      Must be C.I.A.

    • Ivor Bagman says:

Or do you mean the other one
      That could be C.I A.
      Waiting for the
      Drugged up extraterrestrial ?

      • Mark Foster says:

The strange looking car had blue and yellow markings and the strange word Heddlu on the front. I’ve never seen one of those in Penarth before.

PDN removed the photograph. Honours to PDN though, nobody else in the UK would publish my opinions.

  2. Jalopy says:

Could they provide a better description? Someone almost fitting that description but had Glasses and was slightly overwieght walked into the path of my car on purpose down Beach Road not two weeks ago. He was shouting strange things to no one or nothing in particular. “Let it be!” being one.

  3. Frank Evans says:

I have met a few shouting obscenities and dinging their little bells while walking on shared paths. I just thought this is how your average middle aged white cyclist behaves these days.
