M.V. BALMORAL ARRIVES BACK AT PENARTH AFTER A TWO-MONTH ABSENCE

The excursion ship MV Balmoral has arrived back at  Penarth this morning and is preparing to resume her season of sailings from Penarth Pier tomorrow (July 29th).

Balmoral was last here – at what is regarded as her “home port”- on May 21st .

The ship is currently anchored off Penarth after arriving last night following a rigorous series of cruises around the UK coast which has taken her to Anglesey, Southampton, Southend, Worthing, Clacton, Cowes on  the Isle of Wight  and up the Thames beneath  beneath Tower Bridge in London .

She is due to embark passengers at midday tomorrow  at Penarth Pier for a cruise to Watchet in Somerset – leaving at 12:15 and returning at 16:45.and will be crusing regularly from Penarth for the rest of the season.
