The Penarth-based estate agents ACJ Properties has acquired portfolio of rented properties from Meadowvale Estate Agents in Penarth.

ACJ say that Meadowvale’s owner, Susan Burston, has decided to close her business to “focus on her other business interests”  including running a bed and breakfast establishment.

Ms Burston said it was important Meadowvale’s existing tenants would be“looked after with a fully licensed letting agent” and says she is  confident that customers will receive a very high standard of service and that “ACJ are the best placed agent to continue the management of these properties”.

ACJ’s   Head of Lettings Sarah Plumley says  “We are delighted to have acquired this portfolio folio which fits with our strategy for growth in the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff. Customers of  Meadowvale can be assured that we are a licensed letting agent with Rent Smart Wales and we look providing great service to all landlords and tenants”
