    Seems that if that is number 8 to the right in the picture the only window that would be affected would be that small round window to the side of the house? Why would the south facing dining room window at the front of the house be affected? And it it is affected then why have they kept a rather large bush/tree on their side of the boundary wall if light was such an issue in that area?
    Also to take note from the picture is that Mrs Jarvis seems to have a rear extension.
    A 2 bedroom house is clearly not going to have a large enough footprint for a family as it stands, let a family enjoy living in the area as much as those living around there have
