MAN ARRESTED FOR ALLEGED BURGLARY IN PENARTH

South Wales Police say at 44 year old man –  Michael Stephen Morris-   has been charged following an alleged burglary at Willow Close in Penarth.

Morris has been remanded in custody pending a further court appearance.

    He’s a toe rag that been causing misery and heartache to victims in Penarth and other areas for years. That’s what happens when you dish out derisory sentences he should be locked up for as long as possible.
