STATION APPROACH TO BE CLOSED FOR 51 HOURS FOR ‘PICNIC PENARTH’

Station Approach Penarth

Station Approach, Penarth,  is to be closed for  51 hours from 18:00 on Friday April 28th  for Penarth Town Council’s annual “Picnic Penarth‘ event.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times but the entire square will be used for Picnic Penarth and there will be no through-access for traffic to the offices, garages and commercial premises .

The Vale of Glamorgan Council says Station Approach Square will be re-opened for traffic and for parking from 21:00 on Sunday April 30th.

Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained throughout the weekend via a “defined emergency access route”.
