  2. AK says:

Bad news for those who need to call their insurance company !

I bet they still ask ‘who was driving’ and ‘was the car being used for social, domestic or pleasure’.

I had a slight bump a couple of years ago and I was interrogated because it was in the middle of all the “crash for cash” scams-I explained everything had been sorted without a claim and I had not suffered whiplash-great to see these people being convicted, many of them turning up for sentence “with an overnight bag”!

  3. The Tax payer says:

When will the police start issueing tickets to cars parked on pavements, junctions and bends such as Windsor road just under the bride in Cogan for example. Most of the time you have to go on the other side of the road to get past on a blind bend.
The photo above shows a number of cars parked on the pavement as normal and the police just drive past day after day and don’t seem to issue tickets. Sooner or later it’s going to end in an accident !!!!!
