Last year the type face was so small no one could read what was printed on the billboard. This year there’s no problem – …there’s nothing at all to read.

The Labour-controlled Penarth Town Council spent £986.36p on renting this roadside billboard to publicise itsw “Carnival Weekender” . Motorists would have needed to stop to read it
