POLICE SEARCH FOR MAN MISSING FROM LLANDOUGH HOSPITAL

Mr Derim Ali who is missing from his accommodation at Llandough Hospital

South Wales Police are appealing for help in tracing a man who has been  missing from his  accommodation at Llandough Hospital since  11:45 on Friday April 5th.

The man, Mr Derrim Ali, was later seen at Riversdale House in Llandaff at around 13:00 but later left – and no one knows where he is now.

Mr Ali – who is described by the police  as being of “mixed race” – is 5ft 7inches tall and has  short dark hair . He is believed to be wearing “smart blue jeans, walking shoes and a winter green khaki coat” and has links to Cardiff and family links in Bristol.

South Wales Police urge anyone with information on Mr Ali’s current whereabouts or sightings to call 101 quoting occurrence number 1800119323.

    It was a Friday so he might have needed to get to the Mosque. I trust he’s not another mentally ill van driver. The police need to confirm that he has no links to jihadists.
